Pars Pamchal was established in1969, as a Joint-Venture Co. with Sadoline Co. of Denmark, by some experts in paint industry using the most modern machinery. The Resin plant has started production since1970 with the help of reactors procured from Wegmann Co. of Germany and the technical know-how of Ashland Co. of the U.S.A. Pars Pamchal Chemical Co. has been an exclusive Iranian member of Transocean coatings association since 1974.
